How does OneFinOps handle cliff periods?
Cliff periods are fully configurable from 0 to 4 years. You can set different cliff periods per plan or per grant. Once the cliff is reached, vesting begins according to the schedule you defined (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
Acceleration rules are customizable per plan. You can define single-trigger acceleration (on acquisition), double-trigger acceleration (on acquisition + termination), and custom rules for good leaver / bad leaver scenarios.
Tax is auto-calculated based on the Fair Market Value (FMV) at the time of exercise minus the exercise price. Perquisite valuation, TDS computation, and applicable tax rates are all handled automatically as per Indian tax regulations.
Yes, buybacks are fully supported with valuation integration. You can initiate buyback offers, set pricing based on the latest FMV, track employee acceptance, and process payments -- all within the platform.
