Is e-signature legally valid in India?
Yes. OneFinOps uses Aadhaar eSign, which is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. Aadhaar eSign uses the signer's biometric identity linked to their Aadhaar number and produces a certificate from a CCA-certified CA. Signed documents include a digital signature, timestamp, and certificate chain, admissible as evidence in Indian courts.
Yes. You can migrate your entire contract archive in bulk, upload folders of PDFs or Word documents and OneFinOps will OCR and extract metadata from each one.
