Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneFinOps compliance management platform operated by VentureSpin Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the OneFinOps compliance tracking platform
• "User" means any individual or entity using the Service
• "Account" means your registered account on OneFinOps
• "Content" means data, documents, and information uploaded to the Service
• "Subscription" refers to your paid plan with OneFinOps

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Service Description

OneFinOps provides:

• Accounts payable automation — invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments
• Compliance tracking and deadline reminders tied to your AP workflow
• GST reconciliation and TDS return management
• Document storage and management
• Team collaboration features
• Financial operations analytics and reporting

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans and Pricing

• Current pricing is available at onefinops.com/pricing
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

• 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
• No refunds after 14 days of subscription
• Refund requests: billing@onefinops.com

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OneFinOps and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneFinOps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access ends and you can export your data within 90 days. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12.3 Arbitration

We encourage resolving disputes through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before pursuing litigation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
