Pricing
One platform. Pay for what you need.
Pick the modules your team needs. Pricing scales with entities and countries, never per seat, and we quote it against your setup rather than a list price you have to work backwards from.
What you can buy
Four modules. Take the ones you need.
Each module stands on its own and they share one ledger, so taking two does not mean reconciling between them. Most teams start with one and add the next when the manual work around it starts hurting.
-
Accounting, Receivables & Payables
Invoices out, bills in, the ledger underneath both, and the bank reconciled against them daily.
-
Reconciliation
Bank, vendor, customer and intercompany balances matched continuously, so the close is a review rather than an assembly job.
-
Travel & Expense Management
Claims captured on a phone, checked against policy at submission, and posted through to payables.
-
Tax & Compliance
GST returns, ACRA filings, CPF submissions and corporate tax dates, drafted from the books rather than kept in a parallel system.
How the price is worked out
- The modules you take, not a bundle with the rest priced in.
- The number of entities and the countries they sit in.
- Transaction volume, which is the only thing that genuinely scales our cost.
- Never per seat. Adding a finance analyst should not be a budget conversation.
Onboarding, migration, integration setup and support are included at every level. There is no implementation fee.

Pricing FAQ
Common pricing questions
How does pricing scale with company size?
Pricing scales with entities and countries, not headcount. A 50-person SaaS with one Singapore entity pays the same as a 5-person agency with one Singapore entity. What changes the number is adding a second entity, or a second country.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Filing submissions, integration costs and onboarding are all included. The only thing not bundled is professional work you ask us to arrange on your behalf, such as an audit or a tax opinion, which is billed by the firm doing it rather than by us.
Can we start with one module and add others later?
Yes, and most teams do. Adding a module takes effect immediately on a pro-rated basis, and dropping one takes effect at the start of your next cycle. Because the modules share one ledger, adding the second is a configuration change rather than an implementation.
What's included in onboarding?
A dedicated implementation lead, ERP migration, historical data migration up to 36 months, vendor and customer master cleanup, integration setup and a 30-day go-live runbook. Most teams are running in 14 days.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Onboarding, migration and integration setup are included in every plan at no additional cost.
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because the honest answer depends on things we do not know yet: how many entities you run, which countries they sit in, and your transaction volume. Publishing a number that most readers would have to caveat is worse than asking. Send us the three inputs above and you will get a figure back, not a discovery sequence.
Do you quote in Singapore dollars?
Yes. Groups running several countries from Singapore are usually quoted once, in one currency, for the whole group rather than per entity, which is easier to budget and easier to approve.
