Vendor Management
Vendor management software. One record, ready to pay.
Bills, POs, payments, contracts and onboarding documents on one vendor record. UEN and bank details checked at onboarding and re-checked when they change. Risk scored on payment behaviour, concentration and disputes.

Vendor Master
One vendor record. Every transaction in view.
Bills, POs, payments and contracts on the same vendor record AP and procurement post against. Onboarding documents at the top, transaction history below, performance over time, risk score in the corner. No second master to reconcile.
Vendor Verification
Checked at onboarding. Re-checked when details change.
UEN, bank details and the documents you require are captured and checked at onboarding, then re-checked whenever they change. A bank-detail change on a vendor you pay monthly is the one you want flagged before the run, not after.
Vendor Risk Scoring
Vendor risk, scored nightly.
A composite score across payment behaviour (do invoices match POs?), concentration (what share of total AP sits with one vendor?) and dispute history. Weights configurable per organisation, refreshed nightly. The CFO sees concentration risk before it becomes a dependency.
Vendor Onboarding Portal
Vendors onboard themselves.
A self-service portal for the vendor to submit their details, upload documents and keep them current. Expiry alerts land on the calendar rather than being discovered at payment time. Approval routing on your side captures the review trail.
Vendor Performance Tracking
Performance over time. Alternates when it slips.
On-time delivery rate (GRN against PO promised date). Quality acceptance rate (rejected against received quantity). Average payment cycle, which is your timing on their bills. When a score declines, alternates from your catalog surface so procurement can act early.
Vendor Self-Service Portal
No more "where’s my payment?" emails.
The vendor sees their open POs, GRNs received, bills submitted, payment status and outstanding balance. They submit new invoices, update their details and raise disputes. AP chase time goes down, and the relationship gets easier.
Buyer FAQ
What teams ask before they switch.
Can vendors fill in their own details?
Yes. The self-service portal lets vendors upload documents, verify their submissions and respond to requests. Approval routing on your side captures the review trail. Onboarding moves from days to hours, with no email chase.
How is the risk score computed?
A weighted score across payment behaviour (do invoices match POs?), concentration (what share of total AP sits with one vendor?) and dispute history. Weights are adjustable per organisation and the score updates nightly. It needs about three months of activity to be meaningful.
What stops a fraudulent bank-detail change?
A change to a vendor’s bank details is treated as an event, not an edit. It is flagged, routed for approval and held against the payment run until someone signs it off. The audit trail keeps who changed what and who approved it.
Does it work for overseas vendors?
Yes. Overseas vendors carry their own currency, payment rails and documentation on the same record. Where a payment attracts withholding, it is flagged at the bill rather than discovered when the return is due.
How is performance scored?
On-time delivery rate (GRN date against PO promised date), quality acceptance rate (rejected quantity against received) and average payment cycle. Each component is configurable, and the composite updates monthly. Score declines surface alternates from your catalog.
We run several entities across the region. Is the vendor master shared?
Both, by design. The vendor record is shared at group level, so one supplier is one record. Per-entity overrides handle entity-specific contracts, payment terms and approval matrices, and the risk score rolls up to the group.
Upload your vendor master. See the risk surface by morning.
Bring your top 100 vendors as a CSV. The concentration exposure, the missing documents and the duplicate records all surface before your next payment run.
