Submit without switching screens.
The return is drafted from your books, reviewed in place and submitted from the same screen. The response posts back against the period, so the filing, the evidence and the ledger stay on one record instead of in three.
What the system does
Capability, input, output.
| Capability | Input | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Submission | The reviewed and signed-off return | Filed, with the submission recorded against the period |
| Status tracking | A submitted return | Status visible on the period rather than in an inbox |
| Response capture | The submission response | Posted back and held with the return as evidence |
| Multi-entity | Several registered entities | Each files on its own calendar; the group view shows all of them |
| Audit trail | Every submission action | Who submitted, when, and against which drafted figures |

IRAS Integration FAQ
What buyers ask.
Who actually files the return?
You do. We prepare it from your books and validate it against the source ledger; the submission runs under your credentials and the accountability stays with your authorised signatory. What we take off you is the preparation and the evidence, not the responsibility.
What happens if a submission fails?
It is queued and retried, and the failure is visible against the period rather than silently swallowed. A filing you think went through and did not is worse than one that obviously failed.
Do we still need our accountant?
Most teams keep one, and the tool is better with one. Reviewer access is read-only and scoped to the period, so your accountant reviews the drafted return with the supporting records in front of them rather than in a mailbox.
We file for several entities. Is each one separate?
Each entity files its own return on its own calendar. The dashboard rolls up status across entities so the controller can see who is drafted, reviewed and submitted without asking.
