One COA across entities. SFRS, XBRL and IFRS layouts ready.
Master COA at the group level with per-entity inherit and override. Mapped to SFRS presentation, to the ACRA XBRL taxonomy the annual filing is submitted in, and to IFRS and US-GAAP for the parent group view. Import from Xero or QuickBooks in one screen, with the duplicates merged before they hit the books.

Compliance + integrations
A COA your statutory auditor reads at first glance.
SFRS presentation out of the box, mapped through to the XBRL taxonomy so the ACRA filing is a by-product of the ledger rather than a separate exercise in a tagging tool. IFRS for the foreign parent group view. Multi-GAAP per entity, no parallel ledger to maintain.
Regulations we work within
-
SFRS
Presentation line items ship pre-mapped per ledger.
-
ACRA XBRL taxonomy
Each ledger carries its taxonomy element, so the annual filing tags itself.
-
IFRS
IFRS line items mapped for foreign-parent group consolidation.
-
Companies Act 1967
COA changes captured in the audit trail with edit log.

Chart of Accounts FAQ
What buyers ask.
Our group's entities each have their own COA. Can we still consolidate?
Yes. The migration tooling reads each entity's COA, surfaces duplicate and inconsistent ledgers, and merges them into a master. Per-entity overrides are preserved, which matters when one entity operates in a different country and genuinely needs ledgers the others do not. Once on a master COA, group consolidation runs without parallel mapping.
Does the XBRL mapping really work out of the box?
For a standard trading or services COA, most of it maps correctly on the first pass. The rest, typically industry-specific or unusually named ledgers, needs a one-time review and override. The mapping is locked per financial year once finalised, so next year's filing drops the day you close rather than starting from a blank tagging screen.
Can we have segment dimensions for cost-centre and project?
Yes. Segment dimensions (cost-centre, project, product, region) are first-class. Every JE carries the dimensions where applicable, and segment reporting is generated from these rather than rebuilt in a spreadsheet.
How does the COA handle an FY change in the law?
When a standard or the taxonomy changes, the master mapping is updated centrally and propagated. Per-entity overrides are preserved. Historic years retain their original mapping so the comparatives still tie.
