MIS Reports | AP Aging & Cash Forecast

AP ageing and cash forecast on one screen. Across currencies.

Open bills aged with the terms you agreed and the discounts about to lapse flagged on the line. DPO trend and vendor concentration. Payment runway computed against your current position in every currency you hold. Early-pay discount opportunities surfaced with the APR-equivalent yield, so the decision is a return comparison rather than a feeling about cash.

Compliance + integrations

A forecast built on what you agreed, not what you hoped.

Nothing here is driven by statute, which is worth saying plainly: Singapore has no rule that penalises paying a supplier late, so the discipline has to come from the terms and the cash. The forecast is real because it reads the agreed terms on each bill and your actual position in each currency rather than a single blended number.

Regulations we work within

  • Withholding tax, Section 45

Payments to non-residents carry their withholding position into the forecast.

  • Contracted terms

The agreed payment term on each bill drives the ageing, not a default assumption.

AP Aging & Cash Forecast FAQ

What buyers ask.

Without a statutory payment rule, what sets the priority?

The terms you agreed, the discount windows about to close, and the vendors you cannot afford to annoy. That last one sounds soft and is not: the concentration view shows which suppliers you are dependent on, and those are the bills where paying late costs more than the cash it saves. The ordering is yours to set, and the screen gives you the three inputs to set it on.

Stress scenarios on the cash forecast. How do those work?

The CFO can run stress scenarios: 50% receivables slip by 30 days, accelerated AP payment to capture all discounts, large customer goes 90 days late. Each scenario surfaces the resulting cash trough and the time-to-buffer-exhaustion. Risk-adjusted forecasting in place of point-estimate forecasting.

How do early-pay discount opportunities get ranked?

Each opted-in vendor's discount curve runs against the open bills with days-to-due. The APR-equivalent yield computes per offer. Offers rank by yield against the CFO's daily cash cap. The CFO accepts top offers within the cap; the system schedules the early payment.
