MIS Reports | Custom Report Builder

The next MIS report your CFO asks for, built without IT.

Drag-and-drop fields from a governed metadata library. Filter, group, pivot. Choose the visualisation. Live preview while you build. Save, share with role-scoped access, schedule. The CFO's next ask is tomorrow's 30-minute build, not next quarter's IT ticket.

Compliance + integrations

Reports the CFO trusts because finance owns the definitions.

Field definitions are governed centrally. Permissions enforce who reads what. The drill-down preserves the audit trail. The custom builder does not bypass the controls; it sits inside them.

Regulations we work within

  • PDPA 2012

Personal-data fields surface only to users with a basis to see them, whoever built the report.

  • Access logging

Who ran which report, over what period, retained. A report is a data export.

Connects to

  • Email Scheduled delivery
  • Slack Snapshot + live link
  • S3 Archive delivery

Custom Report Builder FAQ

What buyers ask.

Can a non-finance user (procurement, sales) build their own report?

Yes. The builder is no-code. Field permissions limit which fields each user sees, so procurement sees procurement fields and sales sees sales fields. Finance owns the field metadata; the rest of the company picks from those definitions.

How is the drill-down audit trail preserved?

Every drill-down event (who clicked which KPI on which date) is captured, and the underlying records the user accessed are visible in the audit log. The audit trail extends to custom reports.

Can custom reports be embedded in another tool (Notion, Confluence, internal portal)?

Yes. Reports embed via signed iframe URLs with role-scoped access. The Notion or Confluence reader sees the live report inside their own context. The embed permissions follow the user, not the page.
