MIS Reports | Scheduled Reports & Exports

Reports that arrive, not reports that need to be pulled.

Schedule any dashboard or report on a daily, weekly, monthly or custom cadence. Excel for the controller, PDF for the board, JSON for the data team. Push to email, Slack, S3 or webhook. The recipient gets a snapshot plus the live link.

Compliance + integrations

Delivery with the audit trail attached.

Every scheduled delivery is logged with the recipient, the format, the timestamp and the rendered data. Auditors see who received what and when. Retention follows your data policy.

Regulations we work within

  • PDPA 2012

Personal data in a scheduled report delivered per the access policy, and to recipients who still work here.

  • Delivery log

Every send retained with its recipient, so a report that went somewhere it should not have is findable.

Connects to

  • Email SMTP delivery
  • Slack Channel and DM delivery
  • Webhook Custom downstream integration
  • S3 Archive storage

Scheduled Reports & Exports FAQ

What buyers ask.

Can a single schedule fire to multiple channels?

Yes. The same scheduled trigger can fire to email plus Slack plus S3 simultaneously, with the format adjusted per channel (PDF on email, image on Slack, JSON on S3).

How is a scheduled report delivered?

The scheduled trigger fires the report to the channel you chose, email, Slack, a webhook or S3, with a snapshot at the schedule time plus a link to the live view. The number in the message and the number on screen never disagree.

How is recipient consent for personal-data reports handled under the PDPA?

Reports containing personal data (employee, vendor, customer) require explicit consent at the recipient level. The platform enforces consent at delivery time. Recipients without consent receive a redacted version, and the audit trail captures the consent state at every delivery.
