Bulk Import & ERP Sync FAQ

What buyers ask.

How big a bulk import is supported?

Up to 100,000 rows per import file. Larger imports split into batches automatically. The import runs in the background; the user gets a notification on completion with the success and error counts.

Two systems disagree on the same SKU. What happens?

Field-level conflict resolution rather than last-write-wins, which is how catalogues quietly corrupt. The dashboard surfaces both values and applies your system-of-record rule per field: the storefront usually owns the description and the imagery, the ledger owns the cost. The resolution is captured in the audit trail so a price that changed has a reason attached.

Can we schedule sync, or is it real-time?

Both. Real-time, event-driven sync is the default for the accounting connectors. Scheduled sync, every 15 minutes or hourly, is used for marketplaces with API rate limits, which in practice is most of them.
