Compliance + integrations
Pricing decisions, on the record.
Price-list changes are revenue events. The audit trail captures the change, the approver and the rationale. Below-cost or above-policy overrides require explicit approval.
Regulations we work within
-
IFRS 15 and SFRS(I) 15 (Revenue)
The price-list rate posts as gross revenue and the discount as a deduction, rather than a net figure with no trail.
-
Audit trail
Every price change and override captured with its approver and effective date.

Price Lists & Discount Engine FAQ
What buyers ask.
How does the system pick the rate when multiple lists could apply?
Most-specific wins. Customer-specific override beats regional list; date-effective promotion beats base list; quantity-tier beats single rate. Where two equally-specific rules exist, an explicit ranking is configurable per organisation.
Can sales raise an invoice below the standard price list?
Yes, with approval. Below-cost or below-policy rates trigger an approval workflow. The discount, the approver and the reason are captured. The CFO sees discount approvals on a daily dashboard.
How are inter-company transfer prices handled?
Inter-company price lists carry the agreed transfer-pricing markup. The policy is documented per intercompany pair and applied at the transaction rather than reconstructed at year end, which is what your adviser needs before they can document anything.
Multi-currency price lists. How is conversion handled at the invoice?
The native-currency rate from the price list is the base. Conversion to your accounting currency uses the rate at the transaction date from your configured source, and a pinned forward rate is supported where treasury has hedged the exposure. The rate used is stored on the document rather than re-derived later.
