Bank statements imported daily. Auto-matched, every morning.

Compliance + integrations

Direct feeds, no manual statement download.

Direct feeds where your bank offers one, and scheduled statement upload where it does not, bring statements into your books before the AP team is at their desk. The auto-match handles most lines without intervention; the rest land on a focused queue.

Regulations we work within

  • US GAAP presentation

Bank balance reported with the reconciled and unreconciled split visible, rather than as one number.

  • Audit trail

Reconciliation adjustments captured with an edit trail, so a written-off difference has a reason attached.

Connects to

  • Bank feeds Direct feed where available
  • Statement upload MT940 / CSV on a schedule

Bank Reconciliation FAQ

What buyers ask.

Which banks are supported?

Banks are supported by direct feed where they offer one, and by MT940 or CSV upload on a daily schedule otherwise. Upload is the universal fallback, so no bank is a blocker.

How are foreign currency accounts handled?

Multi-currency bank accounts are first-class. FX revaluation runs at period end, and the forex spread on bank lines auto-categorises to the gain or loss account. Report in any base currency.

What about cheque payments still in float?

Issued-but-uncleared cheques sit on the outstanding-cheque report. The bank reconciliation matches them when they clear; the bill stays paid in the books either way.

Can we manually adjust the bank reconciliation?

Yes. Manual adjustments (charges your bank forgot to label, return entries, deposit-in-transit) are supported with reason capture. Every manual adjustment is in the audit trail.

Connect your bank. See the auto-match by tomorrow.

Connect a bank feed for one bank, free. Tomorrow morning, the auto-match screen shows what cleared, what is pending and what needs your call.
