Compliance + integrations
Statements aligned with the auditor's confirmation procedure.
When an auditor confirms your receivable balances, the year-end confirmation package fits the procedure straight out of the system. Signed responses are hash-verified, so what the auditor relies on cannot have been edited after the fact.

Customer Statement of Account FAQ
What buyers ask.
Customer wants to see only the unpaid items.
Yes. Statement format is configurable. Show all transactions (paid + open) or only open. Running balance always reflects the net position. Customer-specific format preferences are stored at the customer record.
How does year-end confirmation work?
A confirmation request goes to every customer at year-end. The customer signs and returns it, digitally through the portal or on paper, and the signed responses are stored hash-verified and packaged for the auditor.
How are statements delivered?
By email on the schedule you set, with delivery receipts captured per customer and replies routed to the AR inbox. The statement is the same record your books are built on, so it cannot disagree with the ledger.
