Vendor Management | Self-Service Onboarding Portal
Vendors onboard themselves. KYC live-verified. Live in your books in a day.
Vendor self-service portal for onboarding. Verified at every step. The W-9, certificate of insurance, licences and bank details are submitted by the vendor, the taxpayer name and number are matched against IRS records, and the submission routes for your approval. Expiry alerts land on the calendar rather than at payment time.

Self-Service Onboarding Portal FAQ
What buyers ask.
How quickly can a vendor be onboarded?
For a fully cooperative vendor with documents on hand, onboarding completes in under an hour: invite → upload → live verification → approval → live in books. The bottleneck is usually the vendor (responding to the invite), not the system.
What if a vendor will not complete the W-9?
Then the first payment is held rather than the onboarding being abandoned, because that is the moment you have leverage and they do not. If they still will not, the payee is flagged for backup withholding and the record of having asked is retained, which is what the process expects of you. A vendor who is not a US person goes down the foreign flow instead, where a W-8 and the treaty position are the questions that matter.
Can vendors update their documents over time?
Yes. The portal stays open after onboarding. Vendors can update bank details, a lapsed insurance certificate, or a legal name that changed when they incorporated. Each update is verified and goes through the approval chain, and a bank-detail change is treated as an event rather than an edit, because that is the most common payment fraud in this market.
What about bulk import of an existing vendor master?
Bulk CSV import is supported for migration. KYC verification runs in batch for the imported vendors; gaps surface for one-by-one chase. The portal then handles ongoing updates.
