Procurement Software | Procurement Analytics
Spend, vendor concentration, savings. The dashboard your procurement leadership actually uses.
Spend by category, vendor and entity. Vendor concentration (top 10, top 50, long tail). On-contract spend % vs spot purchase. Savings vs budget, vs market, vs prior year. Drill from any KPI to the underlying POs and bills.

Compliance + integrations
Procurement KPIs that the CFO and the auditor both read.
Related-party spend surfaces for the disclosure, and concentration surfaces for the risk conversation. For a group buying across several countries, the same spend viewed by country is usually the cut nobody has and everybody asks for.
Regulations we work within
-
Related-party disclosure
Spend with related parties tagged at the vendor, so the disclosure comes off the data.
-
Concentration risk
Dependency on a small number of suppliers surfaced before it becomes a board question.

Procurement Analytics FAQ
What buyers ask.
Can we customise the dashboard?
Yes. The drag-and-drop builder supports custom dashboards per role, so the procurement head, the CFO and the controller each see the cut they act on rather than one screen that half-serves all three. Templates ship with the product; customise from there.
How is "savings" measured?
Savings vs budget (actual < budget), vs market (negotiated rate < market benchmark, where available), vs prior year (this year's rate < last year's rate, like-for-like). Configurable per category.
Can we see spend by country across the group?
Yes, and for a Singapore holding company it is usually the first question. Spend rolls up by entity and by country with the currency handled, so you can see that a supplier looking small in three countries is large in aggregate. That pattern is invisible until someone consolidates it, which is exactly when the negotiating leverage is being left unused.
Can we get vendor diversity reporting?
Yes. Diversity and sustainability attributes are tagged at the vendor master and spend percentages compute automatically, which is what turns an ESG commitment into a number rather than an intention. Which attributes you track is yours to define.
