Expense Management | Virtual & Corporate Cards

Cards issued in minutes. Limits, MCC blocks, cancel on leave.

Virtual and physical cards with per-employee limits, per-category limits and merchant-category blocks. Cards cancel automatically when someone leaves, which is the control most companies discover they were missing at exactly the wrong moment. Spend reconciles against submitted expenses live rather than at the statement.

Compliance + integrations

The plastic is the easy part. The controls are the product.

Whoever issues the card, the useful question is what happens between the swipe and the ledger. Limits, category blocks and lifecycle live in OneFinOps, so a card is cancelled by the same HR event that ends someone's access to everything else rather than by somebody remembering.

Regulations we work within

  • Spend authority

Limits and blocks enforced at the transaction, not reviewed afterwards.

  • Use tax

Card spend on a taxable purchase with no tax charged is flagged, so the accrual is raised at capture.

  • Records retention

Receipt matched to the transaction and retained for the statutory period.

Virtual & Corporate Cards FAQ

What buyers ask.

Which card issuer do you work with?

Ask us and we will tell you which are live today rather than list logos on a page that outlives the partnership. It matters less than it sounds: the credit line and the settlement belong to the issuer whoever they are, and the part that changes how your team works, the limits, the blocks, the lifecycle and the reconciliation, is ours either way.

How fast can a card be issued?

A virtual card issues in seconds once the employee record exists. A physical card is couriered and takes a few working days. The genuine bottleneck is rarely issuance; it is deciding what the limit should be, which is why the defaults are set per role rather than per person.

Can we set per-trip limits on a card?

Yes. Trip-bound cards with a one-time limit are supported. The card auto-cancels at the trip end. Useful for one-off vendor visits or short-term contractors.

Issue a virtual card to one employee, free.

Free trial. Issue a virtual card to one employee, set a $500 limit, block a merchant category. Watch the spend stream in, the limits enforce, the auto-cancel fire.
