FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
The questions buyers ask on the first call and customers ask on day one. Each product page has its own deeper FAQ; this is the cross-cutting set.

The platform
What is OneFinOps?
A finance operating system. Receivables, payables, procurement, catalog, e-invoicing, tax, compliance, reports, documents and integrations on one platform that shares one record. The same invoice that hits your books is what populates your tax filings.
Who is OneFinOps for?
Finance teams in growing companies. Startups that want audit-ready books from day one. Mid-market companies that have outgrown lightweight cloud accounting tools but are not ready for a heavyweight ERP implementation. Enterprises running multi-country, multi-entity groups.
Which countries do you support?
India (deepest), UAE, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and the EU. Each country has its own tax engine; books are shared.
Can OneFinOps replace our existing ERP?
For mid-market finance teams, yes, AR, AP, procurement, catalog, compliance and reports all live here. For groups that already run a heavyweight ERP at the parent, OneFinOps coexists in operating subsidiaries via bidirectional integration so consolidation stays intact.
Pricing
What it costs
How does pricing work?
Three module bundles. Books (₹4,999/month), Operate (₹14,999/month), Scale (custom). Pricing scales with entities and countries, not seats. Annual billing saves 20%.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Filing fees, government fees, e-invoicing IRN charges and integration costs are all included. The only unbundled item is paid CA/CS attestation if you ask us to arrange one, surfaced as a quoted line item.
Can I switch bundles later?
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in clauses on monthly plans.
Is there a free trial?
14 days free, no credit card needed. Activate your account, import your data, run filings, look at the dashboard. Cancel anytime; export your data freely.
Implementation
Getting started
How long does implementation take?
Median 14 days from contract signed to first close. Includes ERP migration (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / NetSuite / SAP), historical data migration up to 36 months, vendor and customer master cleanup, integration setup and a go-live runbook.
Do we need a system integrator?
No. Our implementation team handles everything end to end. SI partner not required, even for mid-market and Scale tier customers.
Can we run side-by-side with our current ERP?
Yes. Most customers run side-by-side for 30-60 days post-implementation. Bidirectional sync keeps both in step. After confidence is built, you decide whether to decommission the old ERP or keep it as a backup.
Security & compliance
The InfoSec questions
What certifications do you have?
SOC 2 Type II audited annually by a Big Four firm. ISO 27001 certified by Bureau Veritas. DPDP-aligned (India), GDPR-aligned (EU). Reports available under NDA.
Where is data hosted? What about residency?
Regional clouds aligned to local data residency rules. India-resident data on Mumbai (DPDP). EU on Frankfurt (GDPR). UAE on Bahrain. Singapore on Singapore. US on Virginia. Each tenant is isolated.
Do you support SSO and SCIM?
SAML 2.0 SSO with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin. SCIM 2.0 for user provisioning, de-provisioning and group sync. Available on Operate tier and above.
Is my data used for AI training?
No. Your data stays in your tenant. We use foundation models for inference only, never for training. Customers on Scale tier may bring their own LLM keys / private endpoints.
AI
The AI agents
Are AI agents required?
No. They are optional. Use them where they help, ignore them where they do not. The platform works perfectly without them.
How is your AI different from the chat-bot every other tool ships?
OneFinOps agents live inside the modules. Bill Ingest reads invoices into Payables, Reconciliation matches GSTR-2B against your books, Collections drafts dunning emails per customer. Every agent has a defined scope, runs on your tenant data only, and human approval is the default. There is also a chat for ad-hoc Q&A, but the work happens in the workflow, not in a sidebar.
