What is OneFinOps?
OneFinOps handles your accounts payable — invoices, approvals, vendor payments — and automatically tracks every compliance obligation tied to those payments. GST reconciliation, TDS management, filing deadlines — nothing gets missed. Built specifically for Indian businesses.
OneFinOps is built for three primary audiences: (1) Founders & SMEs who want to stay compliant without hiring full-time compliance staff, (2) CA Firms who manage multiple clients and need a systematic way to track deadlines, and (3) CS Firms who handle secretarial compliance and MCA filings.
Currently, OneFinOps tracks and manages compliances but does not file directly to government portals. We send you reminders and help you organize documents, but the actual filing is done by you or your CA. Direct filing integration is on our roadmap for Q3 2025.

Most customers are up and running in under 10 minutes. Just sign up, enter your company details (GSTIN, CIN, employee count, etc.), and we automatically detect all applicable compliances. No complex configuration required.
Yes! We offer assisted onboarding where our team helps migrate your compliance history, documents, and calendar from Excel or other tools. Contact support@onefinops.com to request migration assistance.
OneFinOps monitors thresholds automatically. When you cross 20 employees (PF mandatory), Rs. 5 Cr turnover (GST Audit mandatory), or other thresholds, we immediately alert you to new compliance requirements.
We cover 50+ compliance types including: GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C), TDS (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ), MCA/ROC (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, DIR-12, PAS-3), Payroll (PF, ESI, Professional Tax), and many more. We continuously add new compliance types based on customer needs.
You can choose to receive reminders via Email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp. By default, we send reminders at 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before each deadline. You can customize these intervals in settings.
Yes! You can invite your CA with customizable access levels. They can view deadlines, access documents, and even manage compliances on your behalf. All activities are logged in the audit trail.
Yes! OneFinOps handles multi-state compliance automatically. Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and state-specific requirements are all pre-configured for all 28 Indian states and 8 UTs.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers for annual plans. GST invoice is provided for all payments.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel anytime.
Absolutely. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and in transit. We're ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 compliant. All data is stored in AWS Mumbai servers (India data residency). We undergo quarterly penetration testing.
Yes! Our encrypted credential vault uses AES-256 encryption to store your GST, Income Tax, MCA, and other portal passwords. Only authorized team members can access credentials, and all access is logged.
Upon cancellation, your account is downgraded to view-only mode. You can export all your data within 90 days. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers.
