What buyers ask.
GSP outage. What happens to in-flight filings?
In-flight filings queue and retry with exponential backoff. ARN capture is idempotent; no duplicate filings on retry. Most outages clear within minutes; the system surfaces the queued state on the dashboard.
Can we use our own GSP?
OneFinOps ships with a default authorised GSP. Enterprise plans support BYO-GSP for groups with existing GSP relationships. The integration interface is the same.
What about NIC IRP for IRN generation?
IRN generation goes through the NIC IRP via the GSP. Multi-IRP routing is handled where the GSTN designates additional IRPs.
