Entity master drives applicability
Each entity's status (private, public, listed, OPC, small company, dormant, Section 8) drives which forms apply. Director and KMP composition drives which director forms apply.

AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, BEN-2, ADT-1, INC-22, MGT-14 and event-based filings tracked per entity, per FY. Rolling reminders before each deadline. Penalty exposure quantified per filing. CS-firm view rolls up across every client.
How it works
Each entity's status (private, public, listed, OPC, small company, dormant, Section 8) drives which forms apply. Director and KMP composition drives which director forms apply.
Annual deadlines (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, ADT-1) plus event-based deadlines (INC-22, MGT-14, BEN-2 changes) appear with the right due date per entity.
Each deadline triggers reminders to the responsible CS, CA and director. Slack and email channels handle the delivery. CS-firm dashboards roll up across clients.
Where a deadline approaches without sign-off progress, the calendar shows the late-fee exposure (Section 446B and the additional fees per Section 403). The CFO sees the cost of slippage before it becomes real.

ROC Compliance Calendar FAQ
Private limited, public, listed, OPC, small company, dormant, Section 8 (non-profit) and LLP entities are all covered. Each entity type has its own form applicability matrix. Multi-entity groups see all entities on the same calendar with filters by entity type and state.
Yes. Event-based filings appear on the calendar from the moment the trigger event is recorded (a change of registered office, a special resolution passed, a charge created). The 30-day or 60-day clock starts from the event date.
The platform applies the additional-fee schedule under Section 403. Most forms attract 2 to 12 times the normal fee depending on the days of delay. Section 446B applies the lesser penalty for OPC and small companies. The calculator picks the right schedule based on the entity status and the days of delay.
The CA-firm portal aggregates all client deadlines on one screen with filters by client, by form type, by deadline window and by sign-off status. Engagement teams get role-scoped access to their own clients. Firm partners see the full book.
