MIS Reports | Scheduled Reports & Exports

Reports that arrive, not reports that need to be pulled.

Schedule any dashboard or report on a daily, weekly, monthly or custom cadence. Excel for the controller, PDF for the board, JSON for the data team. Push to email, Slack, WhatsApp Business, S3 or webhook. The recipient gets a snapshot plus the live link.

How it works

From schedule to inbox.

Step 01

Pick the report and the cadence

Daily morning briefing, weekly Friday close, monthly board pack, quarterly investor update. Custom cron also supported.

Step 02

Choose the format

Excel for analytical drill-down, PDF for read-only delivery, JSON for downstream systems, image-render for chat embedding.

Step 03

Pick the channel and the recipients

Email distribution list, Slack channel or DM, WhatsApp Business broadcast, webhook for downstream integration, S3 for long-term archive.

Step 04

Recipient drills back to live

Every delivery carries a snapshot at schedule time and a live link. Recipients drill from the snapshot to the live report when they want to investigate.

Scheduled Reports & Exports FAQ

What buyers ask.

Can a single schedule fire to multiple channels?

Yes. The same scheduled trigger can fire to email plus Slack plus S3 simultaneously, with the format adjusted per channel (PDF on email, image on Slack, JSON on S3).

WhatsApp Business delivery. Is that template-based?

Yes. WhatsApp templates are configured for each report type and approved by Meta. The scheduled trigger fires the right template with the right snapshot to the right recipient or broadcast list.

How is recipient consent for personal-data reports handled under DPDP?

Reports containing personal data (employee, vendor, customer) require explicit consent at the recipient level. The platform enforces consent at delivery time. Recipients without consent receive a redacted version. Audit trail captures the consent state at every delivery.
