Bidirectional sync

Masters and transactions flow both ways. OneFinOps and Tally stay in lockstep, change a vendor in either, both update.
5-minute cadence

Default sync runs every 5 minutes. Configurable up to real-time on TallyPrime Server. Manual sync available on demand.
GST & TDS preserved

Tax ledgers, HSN/SAC, GSTIN-wise splits, TDS sections all preserved. Your CA does not see a different Tally after we are live.
Multi-company

Tally companies map to OneFinOps entities. Group consolidation across Tally companies, even across servers.

What buyers ask

How long does Tally setup take?

Typical setup is 30-45 minutes. Install the OneFinOps Tally Bridge (a small Windows service that runs alongside Tally), provide your Tally credentials and company list, choose which masters and vouchers sync, hit go. Initial bulk sync runs in the background; live two-way sync starts immediately after.

Does the connector work with cloud-hosted Tally?

Yes. We support Tally hosted on AWS, Azure, GCP, and on dedicated Indian providers (Tally on Cloud, AlmaCloud, etc). The Bridge runs on the Tally host (or any Windows machine with network access to the host) and connects via Tally's standard ODBC/HTTP gateway.

What about Tally licences and concurrent users?

The connector uses one concurrent Tally session. On Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9 single-user licences, you might briefly contend with the user, we minimise this via fast batch operations. On TallyPrime Server (multi-user), no contention. We never modify your Tally licence or version.

What if my CA changes ledgers in Tally?

Tally remains the books of account, CA changes flow back into OneFinOps on the next sync (every 5 minutes). If a change conflicts with an in-flight OneFinOps update, the conflict surfaces as a queue item for review. Tally always wins on accounting; OneFinOps wins on workflow state.

How does it handle GST / TDS specifics?

GST: HSN/SAC, GSTIN-wise tax splits, IGST/CGST/SGST/UTGST ledgers, place-of-supply all preserved exactly as Tally expects. TDS: section, rate, deductee, challan and certificate references all preserved. Your GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B / TDS returns from Tally remain unaffected.

What about multiple Tally companies?

Each Tally company maps to a OneFinOps entity. You can sync 1, 5 or 50 Tally companies to one OneFinOps account. Group rollups, inter-company eliminations and consolidated reporting work across all of them.
