What does P2P cycle mean?

P2P cycle is another name for Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Procure-to-pay (P2P) is the complete business process covering all steps from identifying a purchasing need through requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, invoice processing, and vendor payment.

The two names mean the same thing. You will see "P2P cycle" in some ledgers, reports and contracts and "P2P" in others. The full entry covers how it works, with examples.
