What does ITNS 281 mean?

ITNS 281 is another name for TDS Challan. A TDS challan is the prescribed form (Challan No. 281/ITNS 281) used to deposit Tax Deducted at Source with the Indian government through authorised banks.

TDS returns and challans TDS Challan A TDS challan is the prescribed form (Challan No. 281/ITNS 281) used to deposit Tax Deducted at Source with the Indian government through authorised banks.
