Licenses

The OneFinOps platform is built on top of open-source software. We are grateful to the maintainers and contributors of those projects, and we publish this notice to acknowledge their work and to comply with the licence terms.

1. Definitions

Capitalised terms used in this notice but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

• “OneFinOps” means the financial operations platform operated by VentureSpin and offered as the Service.
• “Open-Source Software” or “OSS” means software components distributed under an open-source licence and incorporated into the Service.
• “SBOM” means the software bill of materials we generate for each production build, listing every component, version and applicable licence.
• “Service” means the OneFinOps platform.
• “Site” means onefinops.com and its subdomains.
• “VentureSpin” means VentureSpin Private Limited (CIN: U62099TS2025PTC205120), referred to as “we” or “us”.

2. OneFinOps software

The OneFinOps software, brand marks (including the “OneFinOps” wordmark and logomark), product names, and the design of our user interface are the property of VentureSpin Private Limited (CIN: U62099TS2025PTC205120) and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and trade-dress laws. Use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service.

3. Open-Source Software components

A complete software bill of materials (SBOM) for the current production build of the Service, including component name, version and licence, is available to Customers on request from legal@onefinops.com. The SBOM is generated automatically on each release and reflects the components actually shipped, rather than a hand-curated subset.

The Service depends on, among others, components licensed under MIT, BSD, Apache 2.0, ISC, MPL 2.0 and CC-BY 4.0. We do not currently ship any software under copyleft licences (such as GPL or AGPL) in our production binaries.

For each open-source component, the unmodified text of the applicable licence is available either:

• In the source repository of the component (linked from the SBOM), or
• On request from legal@onefinops.com, in machine-readable form.

If you believe a component listed in our SBOM is misattributed, please contact legal@onefinops.com so we can investigate and correct it.

4. Third-party trademarks

OneFinOps refers to a number of third-party products and services for interoperability - including, without limitation, GSTN, TRACES, MCA21, e-Way Bill, Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, AWS, PostHog, Sentry, Slack and WhatsApp. All such names and logos are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names is for identification and interoperability only and does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the trademark owner.

5. Iconography and typography

• Some icons used in our marketing surfaces are sourced from Hugeicons (free tier), licensed under the Hugeicons Free Licence.
• Certain illustrations and decorative SVGs are produced in-house by OneFinOps.
• Our default UI typeface is Inter, by Rasmus Andersson, distributed under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1.

The compliance content on this Site (rate tables, deadlines, glossary entries, blog posts) is provided for general information only. We make every effort to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not legal or tax advice and should not be relied on as such. Engage a qualified Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary for advice specific to your situation.
