Common pricing questions

How does pricing scale with company size?

Pricing scales with entities and countries, not headcount. A 50-person SaaS with one Indian entity pays the same as a 5-person agency with one Indian entity.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Filing fees, government fees, e-invoicing IRN charges, and integration costs are all included. The only thing not bundled is paid CA/CS attestation if you ask us to arrange one.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No lock-in clauses on monthly plans.

What's included in onboarding?

A dedicated implementation lead, ERP migration, historical data migration up to 36 months, vendor and customer master cleanup, integration setup and a 30-day go-live runbook. Most teams are running in 14 days.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

No. Onboarding, migration and integration setup are included in every plan at no additional cost.
