Import with validation
Per-row validation: HSN format check, GL exists, group exists, mandatory fields present. Errors surface per row before any record posts.
Step 03
Sync engine runs
New items push to Tally / Zoho / SAP B1 / e-commerce platforms via the live sync. Conflicts (same SKU different rate in two systems) surface for resolution.
Step 04
Bidirectional updates
Updates from any connected system propagate. A price change in Shopify reflects in the master and pushes to Tally. The audit trail captures the source of every change.

What buyers ask.
How big a bulk import is supported?
Up to 100,000 rows per import file. Larger imports split into batches automatically. The import runs in the background; the user gets a notification on completion with the success and error counts.
Conflict resolution between Tally and Shopify on the same SKU?
Conflicts surface on a dashboard with the values from each system. The user picks the source of truth, or sets a per-field master-of-record rule (e.g., Shopify is master for description, Tally is master for cost). The resolution captures in the audit trail.
Can we schedule sync, or is it real-time?
Both. Real-time sync (event-driven) is the default for Tally, Zoho and SAP B1. Scheduled sync (every 15 min, hourly) is available for e-commerce platforms with API rate limits. Sync health is visible on a dashboard.
