Invite sent
Email or WhatsApp invite to the vendor with a unique secure link. Vendor logs in (OTP verification on phone or email).
Vendor Management | Self-Service Onboarding Portal
Vendor self-service portal for KYC submission. OTP-verified at every step. Documents (GSTIN cert, PAN, Udyam, ISO, bank details) uploaded by the vendor; verified live; routed for your approval. Document expiry alerts on the calendar.
How it works
Email or WhatsApp invite to the vendor with a unique secure link. Vendor logs in (OTP verification on phone or email).
Vendor uploads GSTIN, PAN, Udyam, ISO certificates, bank details. Each upload OTP-verified at submission.
GSTIN, PAN and Udyam verify live with CBIC, CBDT and Udyam Registry. Bank details verified via penny-drop where supported.
On verification, the vendor record routes for your approval (procurement / AP / CFO depending on tier). Approval captures auto-verifies the vendor.
On approval, the vendor is live for POs, bills and payments. Document expiry alerts go on the calendar (Udyam expiry, ISO expiry, GST registration expiry where applicable).

Self-Service Onboarding Portal FAQ
For a fully cooperative vendor with documents on hand, onboarding completes in under an hour: invite → upload → live verification → approval → live in books. The bottleneck is usually the vendor (responding to the invite), not the system.
Udyam is mandatory for MSMEs but not for all vendors. Non-MSME vendors skip the Udyam step; they're classified accordingly. Foreign vendors skip both Udyam and GSTIN; their KYC is the foreign-vendor flow (TRC, DTAA position, Form 15CA / CB).
Yes. The portal stays open after onboarding. Vendors can update bank details, expired Udyam certificates, refreshed GSTIN status. Each update OTP-verifies and goes through the approval chain. The audit trail captures the change.
Bulk CSV import is supported for migration. KYC verification runs in batch for the imported vendors; gaps surface for one-by-one chase. The portal then handles ongoing updates.
