Can we customise the dashboard?
Yes. The drag-and-drop builder supports custom dashboards per role. Procurement head, CFO, controller, MSME compliance officer can each have their own. Templates ship with the product; customise from there.
How is "savings" measured?
Savings vs budget (actual < budget), vs market (negotiated rate < market benchmark, where available), vs prior year (this year's rate < last year's rate, like-for-like). Configurable per category.
MSME spend % for Form 3CD?
Total MSME spend as a percentage of total procurement spend, computed from the MSME flags on the vendor master. Pre-populates the Clause 22 disclosure automatically.
Can we get vendor diversity reporting?
Yes. Vendor diversity (women-owned, MSME, SC/ST/OBC, regional) tagged at the vendor master. Spend percentages computed automatically. Useful for ESG reporting and government-tender compliance.
